Film cutting processing

Compared with stamping and laser processing, the cutting processing of optical films has fewer cracks and less glue. [in patent application]

In the process of cutting, applying stress to the cutting surface of the material at the point can prevent cracks and lack of glue.

In addition, NC machining with CAD data can achieve a dimensional tolerance of 0.05, a profile of 0.1, and a maximum size of 500 mm× 1,000 mm..

Because stamping exerts stress in the thickness direction and surface direction of the material, there will be "cracks" caused by plastic deformation and "collapse and lack of glue" caused by fracture.  

Since laser machining is cutting by melting materials, fume slag is attached, which leads to poor cutting surface effect.
